Managing your Investment Property

Inspections
Unless otherwise requested by a landlord, we aim to lease all properties long-term with regular reviews. Our purpose is to mitigate vacancy periods and reduce wear and tear on your investment.
Market rental and review
With an ever-changing market, it is important to ensure you receive an up to date return on your property investment. All rentals are reviewed upon or before expiry of leases, in consultation with the landlord.
Repairs and maintenance
The approval of the landlord is sought before any work is completed on a property (the exception being an emergency where prior approval is not required under law). Completion of maintenance to be approved for payment only when standards are met. We only use well-respected tradespeople from the local area, who have a proven track record with quality work.
